Account and registration

During registration on trainz, you provide a username (3–20 characters), your email address, a mobile number (08xx or international format), and a password (minimum 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and a symbol). You also agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. After registration, you complete KYC verification by submitting your identity card and a selfie. We process KYC within standard review windows. Your mobile number is used for two-factor authentication and transaction confirmations, especially important if you withdraw to a DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment account.

The trainz account-opening process has four steps. First, you create your credentials (username, email, mobile, password) and accept the terms. Second, you submit KYC documents (ID card and selfie) for identity verification. Third, you enable two-factor authentication by linking your mobile number. Fourth, you add a payment method—such as e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or a bank account (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking)—so you can deposit and withdraw. Once all steps are complete, you can access football betting, live-dealer tables, slot games, and esports markets.

We at trainz protect your personal information using encryption, secure storage, and limited access controls. Your KYC documents, payment details, and account password are encrypted and stored separately from public-facing systems. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or for payment processing. Two-factor authentication adds another layer: every login and withdrawal request generates an SMS code sent to your registered mobile number. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact our support team. For full details on data handling, please review our Privacy Policy.

Payments and transactions

If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, check your trainz transaction history first—it may show "Pending" or "Failed". For e-wallet deposits (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment), verify the transfer was sent from your wallet and confirm the payment status in that app. For bank transfers (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment virtual accounts), check your bank statement to see if the payment left your account. If the fund left your wallet or bank but did not appear in trainz, or if you see a duplicate charge, email our support team with your transaction ID and screenshots. We investigate and resolve discrepancies within standard business hours. Do not attempt the same transaction repeatedly—this can cause multiple charges.

trainz does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on your account. However, your e-wallet provider (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) or bank (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) may apply their own transfer fees or minimums. These charges appear in your wallet or bank statement, not on your trainz account. For example, some banks charge a small fee for virtual account transfers during certain hours or if you exceed a daily limit. Check your payment provider's fee schedule before depositing or withdrawing. If you see an unexpected charge on trainz, contact our support team—we can review the transaction and clarify what occurred.

Promotion codes on trainz are entered during account registration or in your account settings under "Promotions" or "Promo Code". Check the email or SMS you received from trainz for the code and any terms (such as minimum deposit or game category restrictions). Enter the code exactly as written—codes are case-sensitive. Once applied, the promotion appears in your account balance or as a bonus credit. If a code does not work, verify it has not expired, you have met any eligibility requirements (such as new-customer status or minimum deposit), and you have entered it correctly. Contact our support team if you need help with a promotion code.

Game rules and betting

trainz covers major football leagues and tournaments, including Liga 1 (Indonesia), Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, and other international competitions. We also list live markets during match days and offer esports betting on Mobile Legends, Free Fire, and PUBG Mobile. Game categories also include live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) and slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways). Markets change seasonally—Liga 1 is busiest during the regular season, while Champions League markets peak in autumn and spring. Check the trainz app or website for the current schedule of available markets.

Support and security

You can reach trainz support by emailing the address listed in your account settings or on our website footer. Include your username, email address, and a clear description of your issue (such as a failed transaction, account access problem, or question about a promotion). Provide any relevant transaction IDs or screenshots. Our support team responds during standard business hours. Response times may be longer during peak periods (such as during Liga 1 matches or Idul Fitri holidays) or for complex issues requiring verification.
