Troubleshooting common install issues

If you see "Unknown sources" warning on Android, go to Settings → Apps & Notifications → Advanced → Special app access → Install unknown apps, then select your browser and toggle "Allow from this source." If the APK won't install, check that you have at least 50 MB of free storage. On iOS, if Safari shows a blank page, clear your browser cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and reload. If you're in a region where trainz services are restricted by local law, you'll see a jurisdiction notice; we do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. Data, permissions, and account security

When you install trainz, we ask for permission to access your device's camera (for KYC photo verification), contacts (optional, for account recovery), and location (optional, to detect unusual login activity).
